Audrey Lewis: Loris

    Audrey Lewis of Loris passed away Tuesday, May 3. She was 64.
    Mrs. Lewis was born in Loris, South Carolina on Jan. 22, 1952, and was the second oldest child of Emerson Boson Vereen and Frankie Graham Vereen.
    She is survived by her husband, Clarence Lewis; sons Clarence “Stu” Lewis III, Adrian “Derrick” Hazelton, Travis Lewis, Jason Lewis, Davon Lewis, Larry Lewis; daughters Jacole “Lucy” Lawson Lewis, and Jordan Lewis; two sisters, Deborah Vereen and Lucila (Vereen) Brown; and a half brother, Dennis Cox; and five grandchildren.
    She was pre-deceased by her parents and two brothers, Larry Wayne Vereen and Emerson Boson Vereen II.
     Visitation was planned from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, May 6, at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Loris Chapel.
     Funeral services were planned for 2 p.m. Saturday, May 7, at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Loris Chapel, with burial following in Mt. Rona Cemetery.
