Jerry Graham: Green Sea

1942 – 2016

    Jerry Graham of Green Sea passed away Friday, July 15, at his home following an illness. He was 73.
    Born on Sept. 19, 1942 in Horry County, he was the son of the late Jack William Graham and the late Ruth Bullock Graham. Mr. Graham retired from the Horry County Police Department and was a member of Green Sea Baptist Church but will be most remembered as a loving husband, father, and grand-father.
    Survivors include his wife, Linda Powell Graham of the home; three daughters, Kelly G. Fairfax and husband, Jimmy of Cerro Gordo, Christy G. Lovette and husband, Greg of Marvin, and Jacquelyn G. Johnson and husband, Phillip of Myrtle Beach; six loving grandchildren, Erica Fairfax, Zach Fairfax and wife, Kirsten, Hayden Fairfax, Abbegail Lovette, Maggie Lovette and Emily Grace Todd; mother-in-law, Margaret S. Powell of Loris; brother in law, Daylon Powell and wife, Cindy of Indian Trail, and his beloved dog Rambo.
    The family would like to extend a heartfelt “Thank You” to Renee Williamson and Wendy Rouse with McLeod Hospice for their compassionate care during this difficult time.
    Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 18, at Green Sea Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Phillips officiating. Committal services followed at Green Sea Cemetery.
