Dorothy Borgeson Schoch: Loris

1937 – 2016

    Dorothy Borgeson Schoch of Loris passed away Sunday, Aug. 28 at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center following a sudden illness. She was 79.
    Mrs. Schoch was born May 14, 1937 in Germantown in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and was the daughter of the late Albert Borgeson and the late Dorothy Vera Borgeson.
    Mrs.at Schoch worked as a sales associate at Walmart in Myrtle Beach, and was a member of Renovations Vineyard Church in Little River.
    Survivors include her two sons, Russell Schoch of Pennsylvania and Phillip Schoch of Tennessee; five loving grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
    In addition to her parents, Mrs. Schoch was predeceased by her husband, Alvin Harry Schoch.
    Memorial services were planned for 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 3 at Renovation Vineyard Church, Longs.
