Sandra Kay Barnes: Tabor City

1956 – 2016

    Sandra Kay Barnes of Tabor City died Sunday, Sept. 18, in Grand Strand Regional Medical Center, Myrtle Beach. She was 60.
    Born Jan. 9, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Isaac Long and Esther Ward Long and the widow of Mike Barnes.
    She is survived by two daughters, Tabitha Watts and Julie Floyd, both of Tabor City; three sisters, Betsy Rivenbark, Rita Bullock, Linda Parker, all of Tabor City; and five grandchildren.
    In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers.
    A graveside service was planned for 3 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, in Myrtle Green Cemetery.
    Family planned to receive friends during the hour preceding the service at Inman Ward Funeral Home, Tabor City.
