Steven Wayne Buffkin: Tabor City

    Steven Wayne Buffkin of Tabor City died Thursday, Dec. 8, in his home. He was 53.
    Born Oct. 23, 1963 in Horry County, he was the son of Betty Ruth Merritt James of Tabor City and the late Stevie Roy Buffkin.
    In addition to his mother, he is survived by one daughter, Jessica Lynn Buffkin of Tabor City; one brother, Derrick Shane Buffkin of Tabor City; and one sister: Angela Lynn Buffkin of Tabor City.
    In addition to his father, he was predeceased by one sister, Rebecca Ann Buffkin.
    Visitation was planned from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 11, in Inman Ward Funeral Home of Tabor City.
    Funeral Services were planned for 3 p.m. Monday, Dec. 12, in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel, with burial following in Myrtle Green Cemetery.
