Carolyn Beaver Collins: Summerville

1945 – 2016

    Carolyn Beaver Collins of Summerville passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 27, at Trident Medical Center in North Charleston.
      Born Nov. 23, 1945 in Loris, she was the daughter of the late Luther Clarence Beaver and the late Ruby Ann Graham.
    Survivors include her two sons, David Wendell Collins and Ernest Stacey Collins, both of Summerville; a sister, Wanda Skipper of Manning; five grandchildren; two nephews; and three nieces.
    In addition to her parents, Mrs. Collins was predeceased by her former husband, Samuel Wendell Collins; two sisters, Bonnie Stevens and Iva Beaver and her granddaughter, Bridgette Collins.
     The family planned a graveside service at noon Saturday, Dec. 31, at Pleasant Meadows Baptist Church Cemetery.
