Frigid temps prompt school delays for Monday

     Temperature forecasts into the teens Sunday night have prompted a two-hour delay in school openings Monday for the Columbus County and Whiteville City school systems.
     Spokesmen for both systems said the decisions were made in an abundance of caution.
     A decision on possible delays for the Horry County Schools is expected by 6 p.m. today.
