Virginia Marie Deuker: Loris

1928 – 2016
 
    Virginia Marie Deuker of Loris passed away on Saturday, Nov. 26, 2016. She was 88.
    She was born Nov. 14, 1928 in Shreve, Ohio to the late Clete and Kathryn (Moser) Hensel.
    She was a member of the Union Hill United Methodist Church at Sugarcreek and Ebenezer United Methodist Church at Loris, SC.
     Mrs. Deuker is survived by her husband Richard Deuker; her children Ken Deuker of Loris, and Connie Young of Navarre, 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, brothers, Gene Hensel, Bill Hensel and Bob Hensel, all of Strasburg; sisters, Wanda Wells of Columbus, Carol Murphy of Dover and Dianna Harper of Strasburg and many nieces and nephews.
     Memorial services were planned for 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 21 at Ebenezer United Methodist Church in Longs, with Pastor Gary Richardson officiating. Family planned to receive friends immediately following the service at Ebenezer United Methodist Church.
