Carol Grey Norris: Longs

1939 – 2017

    Carol Grey Norris of Longs, passed away Monday, Jan. 23. She was 77.
     Mrs. Norris was born in Columbus County, a daughter of the late A. T. and Eva Mae Soles.
    She was predeceased by her husband, Jackie Paul Norris; one son, Tony Michael Norris; one brother, Grover Keith Soles; and two sisters, Nancy Long and Clara Suggs.
     Survivors include her three children, Jacqueline Carol Norris of Shallotte, Gregory Jack Norris of Longs, and Kitty Renee Norris of Little River; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Betty Faye Watts and Jackie Nell Ward.
     Visitation was planned from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 26 at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Loris Chapel.
     Funeral services were planned for 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27 at Living Water Baptist Church with Rev. Lebron Crisp officiating, entombment following in the Twin City Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
