UPDATE: Green Sea woman found safe

Donna Shelley was last seen in the area of her Green Sea home about 8 a.m. Saturday, and is believed to be driving her silver Lincoln. Anyone who has seen her is asked to contact local law enforcement.

    UPDATE: Donna Shelley has been located, safe and sound in western North Carolina, family members said Sunday morning.
    Shelley, 66, had been missing since about 8 a.m. Saturday, leaving worried family members with no idea where she had gone, concerned because she has medical issues that sometimes leaves her confused.
    Relieved family members were on the way to Marion, about four and a half hours driving from Green Sea, to bring Shelley home.
    Marion is the McDowell County seat, and is located east of Asheville.
