Elouise Rosada Fowler: Tabor City

Elouise Rosada Fowler of Tabor City died Wednesday, June 21, in Loris Rehab and Nursing Center, Loris. She was 89.
Born Dec. 6, 1927 in Columbus County, she was the daughter of the late Nassie Byrd and Retha Fowler and the widow of Walter Durwood Fowler.
She is survived by one daughter, Janet Housand (Larry) of Tabor City; two sons, James Ronald Fowler (Stacey) of Lumberton and Mitchell Wayne Fowler (Syble) of Rainbow City, Alabama; a brother, Jimmy Fowler of Mt. Airy; seven grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was predeceased by two brothers and one sister.
She was a member of Dogwood Hill Baptist Church, Loris.
Visitation was planned from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 23, in Inman Ward Funeral Home of Tabor City.
Funeral services were planned for 11 a.m. Saturday, June 24, in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel, entombment following in Twin City Memorial Gardens, Loris.
