Wayne Mishoe: Loris

1957 – 2017

     Wayne Mishoe of Loris passed away Friday July 7. He was 59.

     Mr. Mishoe was born in Conway, a son of the late Frances C. and John Wayne Mishoe, Sr. He was owner and operator of Hi-Tech Automotive and Towing.

     Mr. Mishoe was a member and Past Master of Loris Masonic Lodge #205 AFM, member and Past Worthy Patron of Loris Chapter #106, Order of the Eastern Star, and member of the Jazz Mortician Shrine Unit of Florence and the Omar Shrine Temple in Charleston.

     He was an avid Gamecock fan and spent many years driving tractors and helping his father on the family farm.

     Mr. Mishoe was very devoted to his wife, children, and grandchildren.

     Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Angela P. Mishoe of Loris; two daughters, Crystal Mishoe Brunson (Dan) of Lugoff and Stephanie Mishoe of Charleston; one son, John Wallace “Buddy” Mishoe (Brittney) of Loris, three grandchildren, Logan Mishoe, Rylan Mishoe, and Nora Brunson; and best friend, “Sadie Girl”, his boxer bulldog.

     Funeral services were planned for 3 p.m. Sunday, July 9, at Oak Dale Baptist Church with Rev. Haywood Fowler officiating. Family planned to receive friends during the hour preceding the service at the church. Burial, with Masonic Rites, was planned to follow in the church cemetery.
