Jessie Lee Mitchell: Florence

1941 – 2017

     Jessie Lee Mitchell of Florence died Sunday, Oct. 1. He was 75.

     Born Dec. 26, 1941, he was the son of the late Willie Lee and Rosa Lee Mitchell.

     Survivors include: his children, Leon Mitchell, Foster Mitchell, Jimmy Lee Mitchell, Ricky Mitchell, Jemma L. Stanley, Jesse J. Stanley, Willie Williams and Erskine Green; a sister, Beatrice Thomas; brothers, John Mitchell and Joseph Mitchell; four grandchildren; one great grandchild and a lifelong friend, Emily Stanley.

     Funeral services were set for 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 6 in the Peoples Funeral Service Chapel, Florence, burial following in Sunset Memory Gardens.

     Family is receiving friends at 2794 Pamplico Hwy, Apt. 3, Florence.
