Bog-Off Movie Night is moving to Thursday

Movie Night for this year’s Loris Bog-Off Festival is moving to Thursday.
With rain threatening, and almost assured this evening, Loris Chamber of Commerce leaders made the call earlier this afternoon.
Moana will be shown in the crass lot at the Casey and Meeting streets beginning at 6:30 p.m. Thursday. Concessions will be available for purchase.
Folks who attend should bring a chair or blanket, admission is free.
Other Bog-Off events still on tap this week include Game Night with Bingo and Spaghetti at the Center for Health & Fitness, all the fun starting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Expect big crowds for the 38th annual Bog-Off Festival on Saturday, the celebration of the culinary delight that is the chicken bog’s biggest day.
Activities begin at 9 a.m. in downtown Loris, and conclude with a concert in the late afternoon.
