Gary W. Conn: Loris

1950 – 2017

     Gary W. Conn of Loris passed away Monday, Nov. 6. He was 67.

     Mr. Conn was born in Richmond, Virginia, a son of the late Earl and Jeanne Conn.

     He was a sergeant in the US Army, serving during the  Vietnam War.

     He was predeceased by one daughter, Rebecca Gregory; one granddaughter, Morgan Hughes, and one brother, Chuck Conn.

     Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Elizabeth Ann Conn of Loris; two daughters, Robin Conn and Renee Turner, both of Loris; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two nieces.

     Funeral services were planned for 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 10, at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Loris Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Floyd and Rev. Mack Hutson officiating. Committal services with military honors were to follow in Twin City Memorial Gardens.

     Visitation was planned for the hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
