Miriam Faith Garrell Prince: Tabor City

Miriam Faith Garrell Prince of Tabor City died Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2017, in Columbus Regional Healthcare, Whiteville. She was 64.
Born Oct. 15, 1953 in Columbus County, she was the daughter of the late Ervin Leonard Garrell Jr. and Violet Grace Jernigan Garrell.
She is survived by one son, Daniel Tanner Prince of Supply; a brother, Mike Garrell and wife Terri of Cheraw; three sisters, Lola Garrell Bass and husband Larry of Chadbourn, Lynn Garrell Whitesell and husband Mark of Wilmington, Grace Garrell Mishoe of Whiteville; and three grandchildren, Jesse Prince of Little River, Zach New Prince and Nicholas New Prince of Shallotte, NC.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of 43 years, William Bishop “Bill” Prince, Sr.; and daughter, Farrah Faith Prince.
Miriam loved the North Carolina Mountains where she and Bill happily raised their family for many years.
Funeral services were planned for 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 23, in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel in Tabor City, burial following in Myrtle Green Cemetery.
Visitation was planned for the hour preceding the service in the chapel.
