Kimberly Dawn Strickland: Tabor City

1965 – 2018

     Kimberly Dawn Strickland of Tabor City died Thursday, Feb. 15, in the New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington. She was 52.

     Born Sept. 8, 1965 in Columbus County, she was the daughter of Jean Harrelson Strickland and the late Michael Terry Strickland.

     Kimberly was a member of the Tabor City High School Class of 1983. She never met a stranger, enjoyed beach music and loved pets.

     Visitation was planned from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 17 in Inman Ward Funeral Home of Tabor City.

     Funeral services were planned for 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 18 in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel, burial following in Gapway Cemetery, Tabor City.

     In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fair Bluff Fire and Rescue, P.O. Box 645, Fair Bluff, NC 28439 or Atlantic Coast Medical Transport, 6198 Red Bluff Rd., Loris, SC 29569.
