Mary Jo Fowler: Whiteville

1951 – 2018

     Mary Jo Fowler of Whiteville died Thursday, March 1, 2018 in her home. She was 67.

     Born Jan. 19, 1951 in Columbus County, she was the daughter of the late Joe Saxton and Willene Lovette Saxton Watts and the widow of Roscoe “Bud” Fowler.

     She is survived by one daughter, Amanda Grainger of Whiteville; and two granddaughters, Courtney Marie Grainger and Angela Nicole Summer Grainger.

     Funeral services were planned for 2 p.m. Monday, March 5 in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel, Tabor City, burial following in Oak Dale Cemetery, Loris.

     Visitation was planned for the hour preceding the service in the chapel.
