Audrey James Edge: Florence

1926 – 2018

     “A.J.” Audrey James Edge of Florence passed away peacefully  on Saturday, March 17, at the McLeod Hospice House. He was 91.

     Mr. Edge was born in Tabor City, the son of the late Joseph Franklin and Rachel Powell Edge.

     Surviving are his wife of thirty-six years, Daphen Yarborough Edge; a son, Ricky James Edge; a daughter, Donna Hamilton; step-children, Melanie Lyons, Michelle Buddin; a brother, Wayne Edge and grandchildren.

     A graveside service was planned for 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 21, at the National Cemetery in Florence.  Family will have a brief  time to speak to those attending following  the service.
