Louise McDowell Ague: Loris

1962 – 2018

     Louise McDowell Ague of Loris passed away on Sunday, March 25, at her daughter’s home in Conway. She was 55.

     Mrs. Ague was born on April 17, 1962 in Loris, daughter of the late, James McDowell and the late Martha Rabon. Mrs. Ague was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

     Survivors include her husband, Daniel Ague of Loris; son, Steven Herring and wife, Tiffany of Mt. Pleasant, North Carolina; daughter, Tina Love and husband, Tommy of Conway; step children, Angela Highsmith of Myrtle Beach, Misty Smith and husband, Kenny of Conway, Jennifer Love of Conway, Brian Love and wife, Chrystal of Mt. Pleasant, North Carolina, Alan Love and wife, Erin of Conway, Curtis Ague and wife, Angie of Loris, and Corey Ague of Greenville, Pennsylvania; four brothers, Jimmy McDowell and wife, Phyllis of Loris, Ben McDowell of Conway, Buddy McDowell of Loris, Bentley Rabon and wife, Melonie of Gresham; two sisters, Linda Sellers and husband, Wesley of Whiteville, and Donna McDowell of Florence, as well as many loving grand and great-grandchildren.

     Mrs. Ague was predeceased by her two brothers, Timmy McDowell and Teddy McDowell.

     Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 28, at Hardwick Memorial Chapel with Pastor Jimmy Floyd officiating. Committal services followed at Stevens Cemetery.
