Scottie Lee Forti: Conway

Scottie Lee Forti of Conway passed away on Tuesday, May 29, at his home following an illness. He was 39.
Mr. Forti was born on July 31, 1978 in Charlotte, adopted son of Pastor Paul Forti and the late Elizabeth Hobbs Forti. Mr. Forti worked as a granite fabricator, was a member of Grace Tabernacle Church, and loved the Carolina Panthers.
Survivors include his wife, Jennifer Forti of the home; his father, Pastor Paul Forti and wife, Jean of Loris, SC; his mother, Wanda Hampstead and husband, Charles Dewhirst of Hubert; his three sons, Michael Forti, Jeff Woody and Austin Forti all of Conway; his three sdaughters, Brittany Woody of Loris, Alyssa Alto of Tabor City, and Tori Forti of Conway; his three grandchildren, Madilyn, Kingston and Xavier; his brother, Sidney Blake; his sister, Robin Upton and husband, John of West Virginia and his brothers-in-law, Jimmy Brown and wife, Sylvia and Jeremy Brown.
Memorial services were held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 3, at Grace Tabernacle Church with Pastor Paul Forti officiating.
