1941 – 2018
Shelby Ezzell Fowler of Bladenboro died Sunday, July 22, in her home. She was 76.
Born Dec. 14, 1941 in Duplin County, she was the daughter of the late John Roosevelt Ezzell and Elaine Bass Ezzell.
She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Clyde Fowler of Bladenboro; two sons, Jimmy Clyde Fowler, Jr. and wife Rebecca of Bladenboro, Johnny Randall Fowler and wife Glenda of Currie; one daughter, Shelby Kay Fowler of Wilmington; six grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandson, Bradley Todd Fowler; and one brother, Johnny Pender Ezzell.
Visitation was planned from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 24, in Inman Ward Funeral Home of Tabor City.
Funeral services were planned for 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 25, in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel, graveside services following at 2 p.m. in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Wilmington.
