Marilyn Collins Barnhill: Loris

1948 – 2018

     Marilyn Collins Barnhill of Loris passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at her residence. She was 70.

     Mrs. Barnhill was born May 25, 1948 in Mullins, a daughter of the late William Clem Collins, Sr. and Fleetie Mae Beaty Collins.

Mrs. Barnhill was predeceased by one brother, William C. “Bill” Collins, Jr.; and one sister, Maxine Ellen Collins McCrackin.

     Surviving are her husband, Donald Barnhill of Loris; two sisters, Nellie Don Collins McCrackin and Martha Ann Collins Shepherd, both of Conway; two special nieces; two special nephews; and a special baby boy.

     Family planned to receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, July 26 at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Loris Chapel.

     Funeral services were planned for 2 p.m. Friday, July 27 at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Loris Chapel with Rev. Chris Grainger officiating, burial following in the Cane Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.
