Nala Vereen: Tabor City

1998 – 2018

     Nala Vereen of the Iron Hill community, Tabor City passed on Sunday, Aug. 26, at her home. She was 20.

     Survivors include her mother, Jacqueline McCullon; her father, Marcus Smith; siblings Jakinah, Todiona, Rashea, Loyalty, Amiona, Marcus Jr., Anasia, Mary Christina and Isreal.

     Visitation was planned from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 31, in the Westside Funeral Home Chapel and following the service.

     Funeral services were planned for 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, at St. Stephens Holiness Church, Tabor City, burial following in the Columbus County Singing Union Cemetery, Tabor City.
