William Russell Huggins: Tabor City

1958 – 2019

     William Russell Huggins of Tabor City, died Sunday, Feb. 3, at his home. He was 61.

     Born Jan. 31, 1958 in Florence County, he was the son of the late William Junior Huggins and Mary Shelley Huggins.

     He is survived by one son, Chris Huggins of Lexington, South Carolina; two daughters, Ursula Gayle Causey of Tabor City, and Angel Huggins of Green Sea; one brother, Glenn Huggins of Florence; two sisters, Brenda Bailey of Hartsville, and Cathy Crawford of Florence; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

     In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Grainger; one brother, Donnie Huggins; and one grandson, Colby Seth Grainger.

     Visitation was planned from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 6, in the Inman Ward Funeral Home of Tabor City.

     Funeral services were planned for 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel, burial following in Myrtle Green Cemetery.
