Katherine M. Wooster: Tabor City

1951 – 2019

     Katherine M. Wooster of Tabor City died Friday, Feb. 1 at Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach. She was 67.

     Born Sept. 29, 1951 in Washington, she was the daughter of the late Robert Ernest Matthews and Catherine Latham Matthews.

     She is survived by her husband, Robert Wooster Sr.; a son, Robert Wooster Jr. (Rachel); a daughter, Kristin W. May (Earl); five grandchildren, Robbie Wooster, Joshua Wooster, Cayman May, Kaydence May and Kenley May, all of Tabor City.

     She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, and friend.

     A private viewing was held on Feb. 2 at McMillan Small Funeral Home, Myrtle Beach.

     Family and friends gathered at the home of her son.
