Johnnie Elaine Bullard Gore: Loris

1948 – 2019

     Johnnie Elaine Bullard Gore of Loris died Tuesday, April 16 in the McLeod Loris hospital. She was 70.

     Born Aug. 15, 1948 in Horry County, she was the daughter of the late John Bullard and Mary Ester Norris Bullard and the widow of Sam Garland Gore.

     She is survived by one daughter, Amanda McCumbee and husband Kirk of Little River; two brothers, Jerry Bullard and wife Patsy of Tabor City, and Buck Bullard of San Diego, California; four grandchildren, Chan Durden and wife Brittany, Chase Durden, Meagan McCumbee and Kyle McCumbee; six great grandchildren, Kailey, McKinley, Jianna, Kaeson, Ashton and Kingston; one sister-in-law, Ava Gray Bullard; and several nieces and nephews.

     In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, John Bullard, Jr., and W.J. Bullard (Virginia); and two sisters, Patience Bullard (Andy) and Kathleen Bullard Elliott.

     Visitation was planned from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 18 in Inman Ward Funeral Home.

     Funeral services were planned for 2 p.m. Friday, April 19 in Tabor City Baptist Church, entombment following in Twin City Mausoleum.
