Downtown sax man

Saxophone artist Steve Orr took his talents to downtown Tabor City during lunch Friday, entertaining anyone passing by in the area of Fowler’s Grill. An Alabama native and a preacher, Orr has been in the area for about nine years and works in auto and diesel repair. (Jenn Causey, TLT)
