Kenneth Nealey: Chadbourn

1947 – 2020

     Kenneth Nealey of Chadbourn died Wednesday, Dec. 23, in Trident Medical Center, Charleston. He was 73.

     Born Oct. 5, 1947 in Columbus County, he was the son of the late Lacy and Ruth McPherson Nealey.

     He is survived by his wife: Sheila Nealey of the home; a daughter, Kendra Nealey of Murrells Inlet; a son, Bryan Nealey of Tabor City; a step daughter, Patricia Floyd of Cerro Gordo; two step sons, Jamie Rittenhouse of Cerro Gordo and Bubi Hacker of Lancaster, Kentucky; a sister, Pat Ward of Chadbourn; twelve grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

     He was a member of Emerson Original Free Will Baptist Church and a veteran of the United States Army.

     Graveside services were planned for 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 27, in McPherson Cemetery, Chadbourn.

     Family planned to receive friends following the service in the cemetery.
