Donald Dwyne Swinney: Loris

1958 – 2021

     Donald “Don” Dwyne Swinney of Loris passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 6, at the Lower Cape Fear Angel House in Whiteville, following an illness. He was 62.

     Born July 12, 1958 in Georgetown, he was the son of Mrs. Jackie Swinney and the late Marvin Dwyne Swinney. Mr. Swinney worked as security guard for many years and was a loving son and uncle.

     Survivors include his mother, Jackie Swinney of Loris; and a niece, Jennifer Swinney of Australia.

     In addition to his dad, Mr. Swinney was predeceased by his brother, Larry Swinney.
