Stephen Joseph Simon: Marion

1983 – 2021

     Stephen Joseph Simon of Marion died Wednesday, Jan. 13, in his home. He was 37.

     Born June 21, 1983 in Tucson, Arizona, he was the son of Wendy Rubin Simon Hooks of Tucson, Arizona and Theodore Joseph Simon, Jr. of Benson Arizona.

     In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Jenna Elias of Tucson, Arizona and Melissa Stroud of Conway; one brother, Theodore Joseph Simon III of Benson, Arizona; two nieces; three nephews; and many extended family members.

     He was preceded in death by his step-father, Loren Legrand Hooks; and grandparents John and Vernelle Hooks.

     A memorial service was planned for 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 21, at 4851 Highway 76, Nichols.
