Brandon Aaron Herring: Tabor City

1969 – 2021

     Brandon Aaron Herring of Tabor City died Friday, Feb. 26, in his home. He was 51.

     Born June 26, 1969 in Wilmington, he was the son of Joyce Carter Herring of Tabor City and the late Ronald Aaron Herring.

     He was of the Baptist faith.

     In addition to his mother, he is survived by one son, Carter A. Herring (Lacy) of Whiteville; a daughter, Aaron K. Herring (Josh) of Crestview, Florida; a sister, Heidi Y. Herring of Whiteville; a grandson, Deacon Mack Herring; an uncle, Larry “Shorty” Herring (Martha); a niece, Jordyn Herring; a nephew, Matthew Hurst; cousins Ron Herring (Tonya) and Luke Herring; and grandmother Mae Carter of Surf City.

     A graveside service was planned for 3 p.m. Monday, March 1, in Gapway Cemetery.

     Visitation was planned following the service in the cemetery.
