Priscilla Jean Norris Godwin: Tabor City

     Priscilla Jean Norris Godwin of Tabor City died Friday, July 16, in McLeod Loris hospital. She was 68.

     Born April 3, 1953 in Rock Hill, she was the daughter of the late Dewey Junior Norris and Ilete Jean Hodge Norris and the widow of David Thelton Godwin.

     She is survived by a daughter, Wanda Jean Dye of Tabor City; two sons, Terry Edward Rogers of Bristol, Tennessee and Wallace Jason Rogers of Tabor City; three sisters, Debbie McDaniel, Judy Hodge and Lisa Thompson; two brothers, Dale Norris and Dennis Norris; two grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

     In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sons, Jerry Neal Rogers, Jr. and Cary Edwin Rogers; and a brother, David Norris.

     Visitation was planned from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, July 20, in Inman Ward Funeral Home.

     Funeral services were planned for 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 12, in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel, burial following in the Dewey Junior Norris Cemetery, Frank Norris Road, Tabor City.
