Daniel Errol Wright: Tabor City

1948 – 2021

     Daniel Errol Wright of Tabor City died Sunday, Aug. 1, in his home. He was 73.

     Born Jan. 11, 1948 in Hartford County, Maryland, he was the son of the late Thomas Deleon Wright and Annie Ruth Hardee Wright.

     He is survived by two daughters, Samantha Adrienne Wright Harrison and husband Matthew of Whiteville and Jennifer Paige Ward and husband Anthony of Chadbourn; two sons, Adam Lee Wright and wife Kara of Knightdale and Christopher Evans Wright of Wilmington; a brother, Gwynne P. Wright of Tabor City; six grandchildren, William Ethan Adams, Weston Luke Ward, Rini Harrison, Isaac Harrison, Brielle Faith Wright and Alexis Hope Wright; and special friend, Tammy Aleo of Loris.

     He was a veteran of the United States Army.  He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them.

     Funeral services were planned for 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 5, in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel, burial following in Wright Cemetery, Minos Meares Road, Tabor City.

     Visitation was planned for the hour preceding the service in the chapel.
