Danny Vernon Norris: Loris

1966 – 2021

     Danny Vernon Norris of Loris died Friday, July 30, in the McLeod Loris hospital. He was 55.

Born Jan. 26, 1966, he was the son of late Charles Thurston “Tood” Norris.

     In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one brother, Randy Charles “Toss” Norris.

     He is survived by his mother, Wanda “Patsy” Duncan Harrelson and her husband Richard David of Clarendon; a sister, Lisa McCants and husband Tim of Andrews; a niece, Katelyn Mahan; a nephew, Randall Mahan; and one great niece, Emerie Johnson.

     Visitation was planned from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, Aug. 2, at Inman Ward Funeral Home and Crematory.

     Funeral services were planned for 3 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 3, in Beaverdam Original Free Will Baptist Church, burial following in McPherson Cemetery.
