Yanner Hemingway: Tabor City

Yanner Hemingway of Tabor City wife of Alford Hemingway, passed away on Aug. 9, at McLeod Seacoast. She was 71.
Mrs. Hemingway was born May 15, 1950 in Tabor City to the late Buster Hemingway and the late Daisy Jackson Hemingway .
In addition to her husband, survivors include three daughters, Lenora Hemingway and Felesia Hemingway of Loris, Makesha E. Hemingway of Tabor City; a sister, Zeary Mae Gore; three sisters-in-law; eight grandchildren; and other extended family and friends.
Mrs. Hemingway was predeceased by a daughter, Janet Hemingway; five brothers, Ronald Hemingway, Wonda Hemingway, Conda Hemingway, Eddie Gene Hemingway, Leonard Hemingway; five sisters, Shirley Mae Bellamy, Verna Mae Gore, Vinnie Goodson, Lula Ann Batten, Anna Willard; and a grandson.
Visitation was planned from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 12, at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Loris Chapel.
Funeral services were planned for 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 13, at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Loris Chapel, with Apostle Terry McLean officiating.
