Phillip Lee Small: Nichols

1948 – 2021

     Phillip Lee Small of Nichols died Wednesday, Aug. 25, in his home. He was 72.

     Born Oct. 17 1948 in Marion County, he was the son of the late Harry Lee Small and Mable Stewart Small.

     He is survived by his wife Edwina (Winnie) Small of the home; children Phil Small of Chadbourn Lori Butner of Fair Bluff, Nicklaus Hardie and Nicole Millsap of Nichols; a sister, Judy Enzor of Fair Bluff; special friend Michael Lenz of Nichols; nine grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

     He was a member of Grassy Bay Baptist Church in Green Sea and was retired from the tobacco industry.

     A private service for family was planned at Powell Cemetery in Fair Bluff.
