Janice Duncan Faircloth: Loris

1937 – 2021

     Janice Duncan Faircloth of Loris passed away on Thursday, September 2, 2021 in Westminster. She was 83.

     Born Dec. 6, 1937 in Ash, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence Duniven and the late Gladys Carlisle Duniven. Mrs. Faircloth was a loving homemaker and a member of Calvary Pentecostal Freewill Baptist Church

     Survivors include her two daughters, Debra “Debbie” Anne Duncan of Westminster and Donna Duncan Norris of Cashiers; a son, Stanford “Terry” Duncan of Loris; seven grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; twelve step-great-grandchildren; a sister, Sue Bellucci and husband Marc of Myrtle Beach; and a brother, John H. Hall, Jr of Florida.

     In addition to her parents, Mrs. Faircloth was predeceased by her husband, Stanford “L.C.” Duncan; and a sister, Ruth Laramore.

     Funeral services were planned for 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 8, at Hardwick Memorial Chapel with Pastor Ross Altman officiating. Committal services will be private.

     Family planned to receive friends during the hour preceding the services at Hardwick Funeral Home.

     Family requests that all who attend wear masks and observer social distancing guidelines.
