Phyllis Mincey Hardwick: Loris

1956 – 2021

     Phyllis Mincey Hardwick of Loris passed away on Saturday, Sept. 11, at McLeod Loris hospital. She was 64.

     Born Oct. 13, 1956 in Loris, she was the daughter of the late Homer Lee Mincey and the late Ernestine Hewitt Mincey.

     She loved attending her church, New Life Community Baptist Chapel, and spending time with her grandchildren. Ms. Hardwick will be most remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.

     Survivors include her daughter, Robin Hardwick, and her two granddaughters, Autumn and Amanda Spivey, all of Loris.

     Visitation was planned from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 14, at Hardwick Funeral Home.

     Funeral services were planned for 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 15, at New Life Community Baptist Chapel with Marshall Russell officiating.
