Kenneth Wayne Elliott Sr.: Supply

1950 – 2021

     Kenneth Wayne “Kenny” Elliott, Sr. of Supply passed away on Monday, Dec. 13, , at home with his family by his side. He was 71.

     Born Aug. 6, 1950 in Gaffney, he was the son of Margaret Jeanette (Painter) Elliott and the late Herbert Elliott.

     He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

     Survivors include his wife, Althea Singletary Elliott of the home; son Kenny Elliott, Jr. of Stedman; daughter Marsha Gaines of Fayetteville; his mother, of Fayetteville; a sister, Pam Sparks of Greensboro; step daughter, Pam Perdue of Chesapeake, Virginia; step son Johnnie Hartman of Chesapeake, Virginia; and 12 grandchildren.

     In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his former wife, Connie Sills Elliott.

     A funeral service was planned for 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 17, at Dulah Missionary Baptist Church in Tabor City, with Rev. Kyle Powell officiating, burial following in the church cemetery.

     Family planned to receive friends during the hour preceding the service in the church.
