Margaret Mary Buffkin Adair: Arabi, Ga.

1951 – 2022

     Margaret Mary Buffkin Adair of Arabi, Georgia passed away Saturday, March 12, at Navicent Health Center in Macon. She was 70.

     Margaret was born in Mullins to the late George Douglas Buffkin and Sara Brigman Buffkin. She was reared by her late grandparents, Frosty and Tom Buffkin.

     Margaret loved the outdoors and enjoyed working in her yards, She enjoyed cooking and watching NASCAR. Her pets were a special part of her life and she loved them very much.

     She is survived by her husband of 35 years, James R ‘Speedy’ Adair of Arabi; three sons, Eric King of Nashville, Tennessee, Kevin Buffkin and his wife Holly of Missouri, and Michael Buffkin and his wife Ann Martin of Aynor; a brother and his wife, George Thomas ‘Tommy’ and Lisa Buffkin of Green Sea; three sisters, Linda Bohanna of Georgia, Diana Sprayberry of Florida and Tony Hyde of Griffin;  and grandchildren, Elizabeth King, Alex King and seven other grandchildren.

     A private family service will be held at a later date.
