Norman Foggan, III: Old Dock

1965 – 2022

     Norman Foggan, III of Old Dock passed away on Friday, April 8. He was 57.

     Born in Mineola, New York, he was a son of Norman Foggan, Jr. and the late Carol (Urcan) Foggan.

     Survivors include his father, Norman Foggan, Jr.; a son, Norman Foggan, IV of Hendersonville; two daughters, Samantha Foggan of Little River and Carolyn Paschall of Lumberton; a brother, Dean Foggan of Whiteville; and his former wife, Victoria Foggan of Hendersonville.
