Darrell Edward Jent: Loris

1946 – 2022

     Darrell Edward Jent of Loris passed away on Wednesday, July 13, at Mcleod Loris hospital. He was 75.

     Born Sept. 14, 1946 in High Point, he was the son of the late Bufort Jent and the late Barbara Montgomery Jent Peele Moody.

     He was a gentle and loving giant who was a blessing to all who knew him.

     Survivors include his two sisters, Linda Coats-Shannon from Loris and Karen Christine Dowdy and husband Richard of Jamestown; a brother, Richard Peele and wife Angie of Archdale; four sons; a daughter; and his grandchildren.

     Private services were planned.
