Kenneth David Conner: Loris

1940 – 2023

     Kenneth David “Bob” Conner of Loris died Sunday, Feb. 26, at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital. He was 82.

     He was born in Loris, a son of the late David James Conner and Jasmine (Hardee) Conner.

     He is survived by his wife, Donna Conner of the home; two brothers, Jimmy and David Conner; a sister, Sonya Conner; two grandsons; and four great-grandchildren.

     In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Bryan Conner; two daughters, Cynthia Long and Lynn Conner; five brothers, Dale James Conner, Derryl Conner, Devon Conner, Loye Conner, and infant son Conner; four sisters, Cheryl Denise Conner Wilburn, Patricia Ann Conner, Angie Conner, and Pearl Conner; one granddaughter; and two great-grandchildren.

     Family planned to receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 1, in the Inman Ward Funeral Home chapel.

     A graveside funeral service was planned for 2 p.m. Thursday, March 2, in Hardee Cemetery.
