Lennie Wayne Carteret: Conway

1959 – 2023

     Lennie Wayne Carteret of Conway died Sunday, Oct. 8. He was 64.

     Born Aug. 10, 1959 in Hollywood, Florida, he was the son of the late Lonnie Carteret and Katherine Hewitt Carteret.

     He is survived by a son, Phillip Huggins of Conway; one daughter, Stephanie Carteret of Conway; five sisters, Sarah Lewis of Nichols, Serona Carteret and Vi Norris of Green Sea, Robin Fox of Myrtle Beach, and Teresa Buchanan of Loris; and two grandchildren.

     In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Veronica Henderson; and a brother, Timmy Carteret.

     Visitation was planned from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 11, in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel.

     Funeral services were planned for 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 12, in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel, burial following in Riverside Cemetery.
