A fabulous Fourth on the Third
Pyrotechnics lit the night sky at South Columbus High School Thursday night at the Greater Tabor City Chamber of Commerce hosted the 38th Annual Columbus County Fireworks. Crenshaw Trucking Band, Alyssa Strickland and Chris Avery provided entertainment; military veterans, after being recognized, danced with royalty representing area festivals; those queens and others joined emcee Lamont Grate dancing in front of the CTB; and youth seemed to enjoy, or be in awe of a Royal Python snake brought by Allen Britt, not pictured, of Whiteville.
