Donna Ruth Phillips: Tabor City

1938 – 2026

     Donna Ruth Phillips of Tabor City passed away on Saturday, May 9, in Liberty Commons Nursing and Rehab Center, Whiteville. She was 87.

     Born Dec. 7, 1938 in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Richard E. Phillips and Romayne Leddon Phillips.

     She is survived by one son, Thomas Werner of Tabor City; a brother, George Phillips of Oakmont, Pennsylvania; and one sister, Carol Paul of Greensboro, Pennsylvania.

     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard Phillips and Wayne Phillips.
