Sally Mae Ray: Tabor City

    Sally Mae Ray of Tabor City died Thursday, Jan. 17 at McLeod Loris hospital. She was 96.
    She is survived by two daughters, Ida Mae McAllister of Tabor City and Judy Fae Johnson of Nichols; 25 grandchildren and 79 great grandchildren.
    Visitation was planned from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday evening, Jan. 22 at Westside Funeral Home in Tabor City.
    Funeral services were planned for 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 23 from the Great Grace Church in Tabor City. Bishop Anthony Gerald and Bishop John Price were to conduct the services. Burial was to follow in the Columbus County Singing Union Cemetery.
