Larry Shepard: Tabor City

     Larry Shepard of Tabor City died Monday evening, March 18, in his home. He was 65.
     Born in Columbus County, he was the son of the late Gardner and Myrtle Shepard.
     He is survived by his wife Ann Clark Shepard; two daughters:  Alice Gerald of Whiteville, and Jennifer Roan of Elizabeth City; one sister, Linda Soles of Loris, and five grandchildren.
     Visitation was planned from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, March 20 in Inman Funeral Home of Tabor City.  
     Funeral services were planned for 11 a.m. Thursday, March 21 in Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, Clarendon. Burial was to follow in Powell Cemetery.
