Aubrey J. Russell: Loris

    Aubrey James Russell of Loris passed away Sunday, March 17 at Agape Rehabilitation of Conway. He was 66.
    Born on Aug. 7, 1946 in Loris, he was the son of Mr. Thomas “Tommy” Green Russell and Mrs. Theda Alma Brown Russell.
    Mr. Russell retired as a farmer and attended Gurley Baptist Church.
    Survivors include his two daughters, Pamela Jane Russell of Ocean Isle Beach and Rebecca Carrie Russell of Loris; two brothers,  Marshall Russell of Loris, and Alton Russell of Raleigh; two sisters, Bertha Holt and Marie Dillard, both of Conway; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
    In addition to his parents, Mr. Russell was predeceased by two brothers, Luke Russell and Gene Russell and three sisters, Evelyn O’Quinn, Inez Todd and Lourine Adams.  
    Funeral services were planned for 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 19 at Hardwick Memorial Chapel with Reverend Billy Hackett, Reverend Marcus Fowler and Reverend Marshall Russell officiating. Committal services were to follow at Antioch Cemetery.
